We manufacture Drop Tester to test the packages as per IS and other standards.
Our machine is fully automatic. The drop height is entered in the HMI. The Job is lifted or Lowered as per the requirement automatically. The Job can be released on press of a button. Our enquiment is all electical and doesnot require pneumatic power. The Job can be tested in Flat, edge and corner drop conditions.
The minimum drop height is 500mm and maximum drop height can be 1500mm. The payload capacity can be upto 80Kg. Maximum specimen size can be 800mm * 800mm * 600mm OR any other size as required. The Lifting, Lowering and Release is through HMI. The HMI also displays the current height in digital form
