Block vibration Test equipment consists of Vibration Exciter and Vibration controller.

Vibration Exciter generates vibration in one plane as per IS standard requirement. The force of Vibration can be varied by changing the cam position. The vibration controller have two functions, Vibration Monitoring and Vibration Control. The frequency of Vibration can be controlled from 2Hz to 50 Hz stepless variable. The monitoring part monitors the vibration parameters using an accelerometer sensor. The parameters displayed and logged are Displacement, Velocity, Acceleration, frequency and time. Two modes of operations are provided, manual and Ramp. The timer can be set for both mode of operations and the logged data can be saved on a pen drive and can be taken to PC for further processing and records in excel format.

 

The Vibration Road Simulation Equipment that we offer is rigidly fabricated using MS structures. It has a suspended upper tabletop for vibration by bearing blocks. The equipment is as per IS 2078 standard and also follows ASTM D999 standard. The Vibration Test Tables are widely used for testing of containers, packages for simulating the transport and handling conditions through rail, road, ship or air.

• Varying frequency of vibration using the panel box from 2Hz to 6 Hz

• Fixed amplitude of 25mm, which is generated using cam assembly

• 0 - 99 hours programmable timer is provide for test duration. The machine stops automatically after the desired time is elapsed

Three modes available:

• In phase vibrations , both the cam assembly is in phase and the tabletop ends moves simultaneously
• 30 Deg out of phase, the cam assembly are 30 degrees out of phase with each other
• Only verticle, Straight up/down vibrations can be generated instead of elliptical vibration

We are manufacturers of Vibration Test Machine for Fire Fighting Equipments. The machine consists of Vibration Test Bench and the control panel.

The Vibration Test Bench holds the fire fighting equipment on the table and the vibrations are transmitted to the test object. The control Panel generates variable frequency vibration, monitors the vibration parameters and logs the data for future requirements and authetication. The test is conducted as per the IS standard.
